1. Deposits & Wallet Balance

• Non-Refundable: Any money deposited into your Reward Zone wallet for the purpose of purchasing ads, lottery tickets, or micro-jobs is non-refundable.

• Balance Usage: Once a deposit is confirmed, the amount can only be used within the platform for its intended services. It cannot be withdrawn back to your personal account (Bkash/Nagad) without completing the site’s earning/withdrawal requirements.

2. Micro-Task Payments

• Advertiser Responsibility: If you are an advertiser and your task is not completed correctly by users, you have the right to reject the task. However, once a task is approved and the reward is sent to the user, it cannot be refunded.

• Error in Deposit: If you accidentally send money but it doesn't reflect in your account due to a technical error, please contact our support with your Transaction ID (TrxID). We will manually add the balance to your wallet.

3. Subscription & Membership

• If your site offers any premium membership or subscription plans, please note that once activated, these plans are non-refundable.

4. Account Termination

• If an account is banned or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., submitting fake proofs, using multiple accounts, or using VPNs), any remaining balance in that account will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
